What the experience includes

Immersive Sound Journeys
Begin and close with guided sound experiences designed to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and integration.

Hands-On Instrument Exploration
Experience and practice with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational instruments. Focus is placed on presence, sensitivity, and intuitive connection rather than performance.

Guided Mentorship
Receive real-time guidance from Barry’s decades of experience in sound healing, yoga, and nervous system work. Explore pacing, holding space, and the energetic awareness required in sound-based practice.

Breath and Regulation Practices
Simple practices to support grounding, presence, and internal regulation throughout the experience.
