These private and small group sound baths are curated experiences guided personally by Barry Raccio. Each session is designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a genuine sense of restoration.
Hosted in your home or chosen space, the focus is presence and subtlety. This is not a performance or a standard wellness session. It is an intentional environment where the body can slow down and reset naturally.
The Experience
Each session is approximately 60 minutes and includes immersive sound healing with crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding gong tones. Gentle breathwork or arrival practices help the body settle, followed by a quiet close for integration and reflection.
