Barry’s approach is shaped by a lifelong relationship with creativity and personal transformation. Before fully stepping into wellness, he worked as a performer and music-maker, developing a deep sensitivity to rhythm, tone, and emotional resonance. That creative foundation continues to inform his work today, with each session unfolding as a carefully guided sensory experience that blends sound, breath, subtle energy, and nervous system awareness to awaken the body’s innate intelligence.

With decades of experience in yoga, breathwork, and sound healing, Barry brings a trauma-informed, human-centered lens to everything he offers. He worked closely with Child Anxiety Therapy & Wellness Experts, supporting intensive treatment programs by providing sound healing and yoga for integration, with consistently meaningful outcomes. He has also spent years working within a leading recovery center in Los Angeles, offering grounding and resilience-building practices during detox and long-term healing.

Barry’s work bridges wellness, creativity, and culture. His impact includes NBC Palm Springs interviews on nervous system health, featured performances at Souleye Fest in Los Angeles and Palm Springs, and a music collaboration with Gem Auset on the opening track of her album Healing Feelings.
