Barry Raccio is a wellness facilitator and sound practitioner with over two decades of experience in yoga, Kundalini practice, and nervous system regulation.
He is the creator of The Century Wellness Experience, offering immersive sound bath and breathwork based sessions designed to support deep rest, regulation, and nervous system reset.
His work is experienced by private clients and organizations across corporate wellness and luxury hospitality environments in Los Angeles. In addition to the monthly immersion, private sound experiences may also be arranged at Hästens Sleep Spa by request, subject to availability.
