This is a monthly sensory immersion hosted at Hästens Sleep Spa in West Hollywood.
Guests rest inside handcrafted Hästens sleep beds while breathwork, meditation, and immersive sound unfold throughout the space.
Hästens Sleep Spa
Hästens is a world-renowned Swedish bed maker known for handcrafted sleep systems made from natural materials and traditional craftsmanship.
Each bed is designed to support the body in a deeply natural state of rest. The structure allows the body to soften quickly, helping reduce physical resistance and supporting a more effortless sense of ease.
Within this experience, the beds become part of the sensory environment, supporting the nervous system in settling more efficiently so sound and breath can be received more deeply.
The Monthly Immersion
Each session is intentionally limited to 7 beds in the room, creating an intimate sound field.
Each bed may be reserved by one guest or shared by two guests attending together, allowing for a total capacity of up to 14 guests depending on configuration.
Guests are welcomed with tea and guided into stillness through gentle breathwork and meditation before the sound journey begins.
The experience includes an immersive multi-instrument sound field featuring crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and layered harmonic tones.
The Grand Vividus Experience
One reservation is available per session for Hästens’ most iconic creation, the Grand Vividus.
Often the first placement to reserve, it offers the closest proximity to the sound field and the most immersive sensory experience.
Widely recognized as one of the most iconic luxury beds in the world, it offers exceptional comfort within the sound journey.
Reservation admits one or two guests sharing the bed.
Private Experiences at Hästens
In addition to the monthly immersion, private sound experiences may also be arranged at Hästens Sleep Spa by request, subject to availability.
These are designed for individuals or private groups seeking a more personalized format.
Holding Space: Barry Raccio
Barry Raccio is a sound healer, yoga and Kundalini teacher, and wellness guide with over two decades of experience in embodied practice and nervous system regulation.
He is the creator of Century Wellness Experience, offering immersive sound and breath-based experiences designed to support deep rest, regulation, and internal reset.
His work has been experienced by private clients and organizations within luxury hospitality and corporate wellness environments.
He integrates sound, breath, and meditation within intentionally designed sensory spaces that support the body in softening and the mind in settling.
