This Sound Bath incorporates a wide range of sound healing instruments including; planetary gongs, drums, crystal singing bowls and more. After you lie down a soothing landscape is created that swiftly releases tension from the physical body while balancing the brain. Participants often feel relaxed, refreshed, and at one with the world, time, and self. All Sound Bath’s are on a pre-registration basis to allow for ample spacing.
